Cheshire County Council

House of Images software was initially purchased by Cheshire in 1997 for use in the County Record Office in Chester. In May 99 a project was started to install public access terminals in all the major libraries in Cheshire and to date eleven libraries now have access to the image database with further installations planned for the coming year.
